Ave Maria Coaching helps clients show up with greater peace, confidence, purpose, and joy in order to be the woman God created them to be. We were made for relationships. We all desire healthy and holy relationships whether that’s with friends, spouses, family members, or God. However, relationships can be difficult because of our fallen nature. Whether your friendships are fading away, you are in a season of dating, or experiencing family conflicts, through coaching you will learn how to improve these relationships.
Self-Esteem & Identity
Even from the Garden of Eden, the enemy has been trying to destroy our identity as sons and daughters of God the Father. Many of us struggle with feeling “not good enough” or comparing ourselves to others, or struggling with imposter syndrome. Through coaching you will learn to identify and renounce false beliefs and seek truth in order to flourish and be the person God created you to be.
About Me
My passion is helping Catholic women find hope, joy, and peace and grow in confidence in all circumstances of life, and particularly in times of suffering or waiting.
Coaching has helped me to discover my unique design, and my purpose and mission in this season of life. This has been invaluable during times of suffering and sitting with unanswered prayers; silently waiting for the Lord.

I am a certified mindset coach with Metanoia Catholic. Through their program, I have learned how to conform my mind to God’s truth and invite the Lord into deeper areas of my heart and mind for healing and renewed hope. And I have been trained to teach you to do the same. Alongside a Masters in Theology with a concentration in Spiritual Direction, my life coaching services are Christ-centred.
My mission is to equip Catholic women with the necessary tools and skills to persevere in life amidst the valley of tears.

As Saint Louis de Montfort tells us, the Blessed Virgin Mary is the model of holiness and the safest, easiest, shortest and most perfect way to Jesus. For this reason, Ave Maria Coaching has been consecrated to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
